My first Cross Fit WOD today
Bench Press: Max weight max reps Pull ups: Max reps 5 cycles for time.  I think I did it in about 18 minutes, with another person too, so alternating bench presses. I also biked 2 miles before and ran a 8:13 mile after. My arms are killing me.
